Our 8-hour itinerary, "Tulcea - Mila 23 - Letea," promises an exciting foray through the diverse natural habitat of the Danube Delta, and although it's quite long, we promise you won't get bored.

Points of Interest:

Tulcea - We depart from the Deeper Blue pontoon located the center of the riverside promenade in Tulcea, the enchanted gateway to the Danube Delta, giving you a glimpse of the cultural and historical richness of the region.
Canal Mila 36 și Canal Sireasa Sud - We sail smoothly on the waters of the Mila 36 Canal and South Sireasa Canal, giving you the opportunity to observe various species of waterfowl. The area abounds in lush vegetation and promises a captivating experience for both tourists and their cameras.
Canal Șontea Veche și Lac Nebunu - We explore the Șontea Veche Canal and admire Lake Nebunu, a lively place where you can meet pelicans, cormorants and other unique bird species.
Lac Băclănești și Lac Fortuna - We reach Lake Băclănești and continue to Lake Fortuna, giving you a glimpse of the diversity of the Delta's flora and fauna. Here, you can see reeds and water lilies, a magical contrast of colours that offer an impressive natural spectacle.

Mila 23 Sat și Canal Heracleea - We explore Mila 23 Village, an authentic fishing village, for a cultural foray. Next we follow the Heracleea Canal, where you'll admire authentic and wild landscapes.
Canal Lopatna și Lac Matița - We cross the Lopatna Canal and head towards Matița Lake, where you will enjoy a peaceful atmosphere and captivating views.
Lake Merhei and Letea Village (Forest Visit + Optional Lunch) - We explore Lake Merhei and arrive in the village of Letea, where you have the option to visit the Letea Forest, one of the oldest sand forests in Europe. An optional lunch awaits you to sample some traditional local cuisine.
Canal Madgearu și Dunărea Veche - We sail through the Madgearu Canal and explore the Old Danube, giving you a unique perspective of the Danube Delta and its wilderness.
Sulina Canal and the Return to Tulcea - We cross the Sulina Channel and return to Tulcea, ending this special journey through the Danube Delta.

The Boat

You will travel in an open boat, designed to offer you comfort and safety. This boat is equipped with stylish bench seats with backrests and soft cushions to ensure you have the best experience. Stability and safety are fundamental elements of this boat, giving you the feeling of authenticity throughout your journey.

Important

Please be present at the pier (for boarding) at the pre-arranged times, a carefully choreographed ritual we follow for both our shuttle trips and exciting tours experiences.

The impeccable cleanliness of the boat reflects our attention to quality detail, as it is exclusively used for touring.

Safety

Each person on the boat will be equipped with a life jacket, designed primarily for your safety.

We have a team of experienced guides, all of whom are locals born and raised in the heart of the Delta.

Being present on the waterfront daily, we are always up to date with the state of the Danube, unexpected weather events and miscellaneous news. As a result, the pre-established route can be easily modified depending on water levels, vegetation in the lakes and fresh information from the field.

At the request of our tourists, absolutely all routes can be modified. Combined trips can also be made on different canals and lakes in the Danube Delta, other than those listed in the offer.
